How do I level my backyard? I have large backyard with a lot of dip and holes. Backyard is really unleveled.?

I need to level my backyard but dont know how to do it. Do I need a tractor or can just use a tiller?

You don’t want to use a tiller. It disturbs the soil too much. You can either level it by hand by filling in the low spots with topsoil, use a box blade as suggested in another answer, or you can rent a small bobcat (there is a new kind that you stand behind) and knock off the high spots. I generally find that adding soil is the best route as you would have to have a lot of really high spots in order to re-distribute the soil to the low areas adequately. Dirt is cheap. Yes…there is a backward pun in that.
