Howse rotary bar problem?

Kubota L2800 I FRESA and Howse and used a strawberry suits my PTO is going around a dozen couple of inches, but then stops. Ive tryed typing with a hammer gently. No buttons to push during rolling. When I have a couple of inches and I fixed it turn power take him to fly straight ahead without even passing the tractor fat IVE tryed also help both sides, but seems to work. I was told by the dealer corresponding to this model any help would be nice.

Do you have a button that is pulled?
