I got hit by a tracktor trailor and wanted to know how much would I get back?

Last week I was riding with my dad(he was driving and I was in the passenger seat)when a tractor trailer truck came on the opposite side of the road and hit us head on.I only had minor neck and back injuries but did not go to the hospital.The police came and the man admited that he hit us..We have to see a chiropractor 3 times a week for 2 months and I was just told that I would get a check>I never been in an accident before so I was just wondering how much do you think I would get back.The damages on my dad’s truck was worth $2500!!!
