Am I the only mother at home with this problem?

I am a mother at home, not only by choice but stay home by default. I in a terrible car crash three years ago that left me with nerve damage in my right arm and can not work. I have some difficulties and things work home at my own pace, but always, always be my home is spotless and the child is healthy and happy. My husband works a good job, but we have made in my financally incident on the curve.
